So easy with only 5 ingredients and made in 40 minutes this Bacon Buffalo Chicken Bake can be served with any side (personally, I’d make a small garden salad and garlic mashed potatoes)
I’d serve the mashed potatoes in a potato shaped dish with a lid and the chicken in a baking dish that I got from Sur la table, that I love and use a lot! Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts , boneless, skinless
4 oz cream cheese , softened
2 tablespoons Mild Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
6 strips bacon , cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese , shredded
Oops, looks like a couple green onions, sliced (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Mix softened cream cheese with Buffalo Sauce. Spread over chicken breasts. Top with chopped, cooked bacon and mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 375 F for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done. The cooking time depends on the thickness of your chicken breasts. Internal temperature should reach 160F. Top with green onion slices, if using.
