Found this somewhat incomplete Mini Supreme Pizza recipe and thought “boy, that’s sounds good, let’s try and finish it.” If you do try it please let me know if I need to change anything. Serves 6 individual mini supreme pizzas. Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pkg of grand biscuits
1 lb Italian sausage
1/2 lb pepperoni
1/2 red onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
10 mushrooms, diced
10-20 black olives, diced
5-6 banana peppers, diced
1 jar of chunky spaghetti sauce
1 + cup mozzarella cheese
Nonstick cooking spray
1 egg, beaten
Italian seasoning to garnish
Parmesan cheese to garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In a large skillet brown your sausage over medium/high heat. Stir while cooking until beef crumbles then drain. Add in the onions, mushrooms, green peppers and banana pepper, stir continuously until they slightly softened. Add in the spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, cup of mozzarella and black olives, cook until heated. While heating spray your ramekins with a nonstick cooking spray. And take 6 grand biscuits and roll them out to 4” each.
Fill each ramekin with the sausage mixture and top with a biscuit pinching the dough around the edge of the ramekins. I’d poke each one with a fork to let the steam escape. Brush on the egg wash and top each with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Place your ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes or until the biscuit is brown and the cheese has melted. You might want to wait on adding the Parmesan cheese until the biscuit has browned, then add it for an additional 5 minutes to melt it. Yum Yum!
You’ll need 6 ramekins for this recipe
