This is another recipe I’ve had for years and it’s from Kraft. If your a Miracle Whip lover you’ll love this creamy casserole with ham and broccoli. Serves 8 Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed ham
1 pkg 10oz frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg 6oz seasoned croutons
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons each dried mustard & dried basil leaves
Directions:
In a bowl mix the ham, broccoli, cheese and croutons, then transfer to a 13x9-inch baking dish. In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients then pour over the ham mixture, cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Bake in a 375F preheated oven, uncovered for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated. Yum Yum!
