This is my sisters-in-law’s family’s recipe that I had the pleasure of eating Thanksgiving dinner 1997. I liked it so much I had to have the recipe. Time sure flys, my daughter was 14 and now my granddaughter is 14. Anyway, you probably can serve this as a sweet side dish or a dessert. Only 5 ingredients, it’s one of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make. I’m guessing on how many servings 2-4? And maybe only 20 minutes to make it.
Ingredients:
1 container of cool whip
1 small pkg of instant Butterscotch pudding
1 small can of crushed pineapple (don’t drain)
As much as you want...dry roasted peanuts or walnuts
2 apples, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
Directions:
In a serving bowl mix all the ingredients up together. Yum Yum!
