I made this in collage but I didn’t use broccoli. Don’t ask me what i used it’s been 44 years. I just know I wasn’t a broccoli fan in those days. This one is pretty easy with only 5 ingredients. Serves 4 Total Time 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh broccoli florets, blanched or 1 10oz pkg of frozen broccoli, thawed and cooked 5-10 minutes
2 cans chunk chicken, drained or leftover cooked chicken cut into 1” pieces
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F
In a 10”x6” baking dish arrange the prepared broccoli evenly. Top with the chicken pieces. In a small bowl combine the soup and milk; pour over the chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until hot or cover with wax paper and microwave for 6 minutes on high. Serve hot. Yum Yum!
