How to Make a Blueberry Salsa
This is Kat, she is the chef that teaches the cooking classes at Sur La Table, Kat loves a good blueberry salsa. I think a blueberry salsa would make a great accompaniment to fish or chicken. Total Time: 5 minutes Makes: 4 cups
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 jalapeƱos, minced
1/2 red onion, minced
2 red bell peppers, diced small
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, juiced
Directions:
Pour your blueberries out into a large cutting board and give them a rough chop. Now you’ll have a mixture of whole and chopped blueberries. Put them into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Yum Yum!
